9. Data Retention
Nusta PH retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter in order to meet legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations. The specific retention periods that apply are as follows:
- Account and registration data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five years after account closure, in accordance with applicable AML and gaming regulations.
- KYC documents: Retained for at least five years from the date of verification, or longer if required by a regulatory obligation or legal proceeding.
- Transaction records: Retained for at least five years in line with AML record-keeping requirements.
- Support communications: Retained for up to three years after the resolution of the relevant enquiry, unless part of an ongoing dispute.
- Analytics and usage data: Generally retained in anonymised or aggregated form beyond the individual account retention period.
