Nusta PH Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Should Know

1. Introduction

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.

Your Nusta PH account is personal to you. You may not share your login credentials with anyone else, allow any third party to use your account, or access another player's account. Nusta PH accounts are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the platform.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

Nusta PH is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its compliance obligations. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — may be requested at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any point the platform deems a review necessary.

Verification documents that Nusta PH may request include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, SSS/GSIS card, driver's licence, or PRC card), a document confirming your address, and where applicable, proof of ownership of the payment method you are using.

All deposits are processed and recorded in Philippine pesos (₱). Nusta PH does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges or limits. Deposit transactions that appear to be fraudulent, duplicated, or made in error may be reversed.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown in the cashier at the time of transaction. These amounts may differ depending on the selected payment method and account status. Do not make multiple deposits in rapid succession without confirming that each previous transaction has been recorded.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available account balance at any time, subject to these Terms and any conditions associated with bonuses. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified Nusta PH player account.

7. Betting Rules

Nusta PH reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of technical error, odds miscalculation, or a breach of these Terms. Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds will be voided and stakes returned.

7.2 Cancelled and Postponed Events

If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts. If an event is postponed and does not take place within a specified rescheduling window (as determined by Nusta PH for each event type), bets will similarly be voided.

7.3 Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body, league, or recognised authority for each sport or game. Nusta PH will make reasonable efforts to settle bets promptly after official results are available.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Nusta PH may apply maximum payout limits per bet, per event, or per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant market information and may be updated from time to time. Where a bet would result in a payout exceeding these limits, Nusta PH reserves the right to reduce the stake proportionally.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, Nusta PH may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, or other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each promotion. The general principles below apply to all Nusta PH promotional offers unless stated otherwise.

• Bonuses are intended for personal use by the account holder only and may not be transferred.

If anyone contacts you claiming to represent Nusta PH and requests this information, treat it as suspicious and report it to our support team immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Nusta PH support immediately so the account can be reviewed and secured. Nusta PH cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login details.

10. Player Conduct

Nusta PH expects all players to engage with the platform in good faith and in a manner that does not harm other players, interfere with the platform's operation, or breach applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated systems, bots, or software to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming.
• Colluding with other players in poker or other competitive games to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes instead of reporting them.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information trading, or fraudulent activity.
